In view of all this, does anyone have any ideas how to convince the US to steer away from Global warming? Solar, wind don’t cut it at all. I guess just keep calling our legislators, burn their phone lines, and hope and pray they “wake up”. or os ot “woke up”?

As a new member here, my first post should be to tell you where I stand, a bit of background. I grew up close to Huron, South Dakota on a farm. It was so cold in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Thank God for the warming temps of the 70’s through the 90’s! Huron is much colder than Tromso, Norway.
I worked in the water industry, for our company delivered supplemental raw water to the farmers and cities of the front range of Colorado. I have worked outside my whole life. I have worked with solar panels, batteries and hydro power. I have lived for years at an elevation above 8,000 feet. I helped monitor and measured the amount of water in the snowpack. I witnessed the false promise of both solar and wind turbines. I want my first point to be the following.
Imagine if the trillions of dollars spent on wind and solar power would have been spent on insulation, better doors and windows instead of inefficient wind and solar! America is committing suicide by shutting down our coal fired generating stations, a policy started and pushed by the Obama administration. Hopefully the American people will change course soon. China is building 1039 new coal plants and the US is building one. Does anyone in their right mind believe that is a coincidence? How about this for a conspiracy theory. China is the major contributor to the UN, the WHO, and other global organizations that are pushing the climate change narrative. There isn’t enough coal for China, India and Indonesia to keep increasing their economies unless the west decreases its consumption of coal. Isn’t it convenient that global warming solutions call for less coal consumption. What we need is a global treaty similar to the arms treaty between 5he US and Russia. We will reduce our consumption of fossil fuels by x percent if China agrees to reduce its consumption by the same percentage. That would stop the green movement dead in its tracks forever.
We, the Weat, will reduce our carbon by x percent so Chani can use the x percent to manufacture goods with cheap labor so our owners make more money. Welcome to Planet Walmart.
China is in charge of the Agenda 30 Sustainability and Climate Change Program at the UN and have been since 2012. It’s the same program as the Belt Road. Same as the BRICS/SCO in the UN. NATO/EU in UN all one big happy borderless planet. No free speech. Same crew. John Kerry works for them. Joe Biden works for them. What are these differences due to?

The graph “Average Monthly Arctic Sea Ice Extent November 1978-2023” has not shown Arctic sea ice extent of more than 10 million square kilometers after the year 2015.

On the “MASIE-NH Daily Image Viewer” page. The Arctic sea ice cover is now 12.4 million square kilometers and shows the Arctic sea ice cover for December is over 10 million square kilometers for December for the last 5 years.

Nobody knows what the Grand Solar Minimum, which started a couple of years ago, will bring.
Even NOAA forecasts that the Sunspot Number, which reflects solar output, will start falling in 2025 and keep falling until it reaches zero in 2040 when their forecast ends.
